Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The Kulmbacher Bratwurststollen is about twice the size of a normal roll. The elongated roll is sprinkled with aniseed and goes particularly well with Kulmbach bratwursts in terms of taste. The half-sliced Stollen is usually filled with two bratwursts, the whole one with three bratwursts.
