That's an unrelated entity so it's not a duplicate. Category:Horizontal bicolor blue and yellow flags is full of flags that look like the national flag of Ukraine but aren't its duplicates. TFerenczy (talk) 09:56, 21 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
